Returns
New Leaf Compost offers a 14 day return policy. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on any products purchased.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be undamaged, in the original packaging.
To return your product, you should notify us of your intention to return your product by emailing info@newleafcompost.com. You should then arrange shipment / courier of your product to: Natural World Products LTD, 32 Glenside Road, Dunmurry, Belfast, BT17 0LH, United Kingdom
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We also advise using a trackable shipping / courier service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned items, and in a case where return items are lost in transit, we will not be able to issue the refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
